End User Terms
1. Agreement
These End User Terms are an agreement between you (the customer) and jeereemiassb for the use of the apps listed on this website. By installing or using an app you accept them. Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled by Atlassian through the Atlassian Marketplace, under its own terms.
2. License
Subject to these terms and to paying the fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app with your Atlassian cloud site during your subscription, for your internal business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell or sublicense the app, copy or modify it, or try to get its source code except where the law allows it, and you may not use it in breach of the law or of Atlassian's terms.
4. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. The app processes it only to provide its features, as described in the privacy policy and in the documentation. You are responsible for the content of your site and its permissions.
5. Support and changes
We provide support as described on the support page. We may update the apps to fix issues, improve them or follow changes in Atlassian's platform. If we decide to stop offering an app, we will give at least 90 days' notice, unless a shorter period is required for legal or security reasons or by Atlassian.
6. Warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that they will be free of errors or work without interruption.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or business, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Term and termination
These terms apply while you use the app and end when your subscription ends or you uninstall it. We may suspend access if you breach them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. The courts of Valencia (Spain) have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
